Warranty policy

xin0668 OLED/LCD Transparent Display, Mainboard, Screen, Power Supply, and Other Limited Warranty Policy

We offer a one-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid for one-time use and can be redeemed once within this period.

We will evaluate the product's eligibility based on the photos/videos you provide. Depending on the issue, xin0668 may offer you a new replacement part. Please note that customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

Accessories (such as screens, power supplies, etc.) are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Mainboard Warranty:

  • Computer Mainboard: Not covered under warranty. Repairs can be arranged at the customer’s own expense.

Limited Warranty Eligibility:

The warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials used in the manufacturing of the product.
  • Defects in workmanship under normal use.
  • Component damage under normal use.

Warranty Limitations - The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or incorrect use.
  • Damage due to improper maintenance or lack of care.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or shipping damage.
  • Damage caused by force majeure or natural disasters.

Warranty Costs:

If a warranty-covered component is damaged within the warranty period, xin0668 will cover the cost of the component, but customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

  1. Reason for Warranty Claim (The issue must meet the eligibility criteria outlined above).
  2. Proof of Purchase (Full name and order number from the email confirmation).
  3. Photos Showing the Defect/Damage (If applicable).
